Non-Discrimination Policy

The Tiny Tars Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity committed to serving our community with dignity and respect. We do not and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion or creed, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, national origin or ancestry, disability, medical condition, marital or family status, genetic information, veteran or military status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.

This policy applies to all of the Foundation's programs, services, and activities — including the admission and treatment of program participants, the hiring and treatment of staff, and the selection of volunteers, board members, contractors, and vendors. Everyone who interacts with the Foundation is entitled to a welcoming, inclusive, and harassment-free environment.

Our public health literacy tools, including LexiTar, are made available to the public on the same terms regardless of any protected characteristic.
